Selection methodology
How physicians and clinics are selected, described and positioned—and where commercial relationships affect presentation.
This is not an independent medical ranking.
The guide helps readers compare treatment models and prepare questions for consultation. It does not certify clinical quality, predict outcomes or replace an individual medical assessment.
1. Purpose and scope
The guide focuses on physician-led hair transplantation in Türkiye, particularly FUE planning, natural hairline design, donor-area preservation and long-term management of progressive hair loss.
Profiles may include physicians, medical clinics and clinically relevant innovations. Inclusion means that sufficient public information was available for an editorial profile; it does not mean that the provider has been audited, accredited by this website or medically recommended to every reader.
2. Baseline inclusion requirements
A physician or clinic should normally meet all of the following conditions before being included:
- The physician, clinic and principal location can be clearly identified.
- There is a current official website or another reliable professional source.
- The provider publicly explains at least part of the treatment model, physician involvement or surgical workflow.
- Documented patient cases or educational material are available for review.
- No material information known to the publisher makes the profile misleading or unsafe to present.
3. Evaluation framework
Profiles are reviewed across seven editorial dimensions. The site does not publish a numerical score because public information is not sufficiently standardised for a defensible point-based league table.
Physician involvement
Public information about who performs extraction, recipient-site creation, implantation and post-operative medical oversight.
Donor management
Evidence of donor assessment, extraction distribution, capacity planning and preservation of options for future hair loss.
Natural design
Hairline architecture, angle, direction, graft selection and adaptation to facial proportions and native growth.
Case documentation
Consistency, clarity and comparability of published cases rather than reliance on one unusually strong result.
Clinical environment
Information about the medical setting, patient safety, infection control, emergency planning and continuity of care.
Professional contribution
Education, publications, professional activity, training or clinically relevant innovation in hair restoration.
Transparency
Clarity about prices, team roles, limitations, commercial claims and the difference between medical information and marketing.
4. Evidence hierarchy
Information is prioritised in the following order:
- Official regulatory, licensing or professional-body records, where publicly accessible.
- Peer-reviewed publications, congress material and recognised professional organisations.
- Official physician and clinic websites, including published treatment descriptions and case galleries.
- Direct factual clarification supplied by the physician or clinic.
- Reputable secondary reporting used only as contextual support.
Testimonials, social-media claims, awards without clear criteria and self-published superlatives are not treated as independent evidence.
5. Featured placement and ASMED affiliation

The publisher is affiliated with ASMED Surgical Medical Center. ASMED consultation links are commercial. The featured position therefore reflects the publisher’s relationship and editorial focus; it must not be interpreted as an independent finding that ASMED is universally “the best” provider.
The ASMED profile is supported with specific, attributable information—such as physician-led planning, Coverage Value, donor homogenisation, Long Hair FUE and the clinic’s FUE innovations—rather than an unqualified superiority claim.
6. Ordering of other profiles
Profiles below the featured section are presented for comparison. Their order is editorial and may reflect completeness of available information, relevance to the page structure and the date of review. It is not a clinical ranking and should not be read as a precise order of quality.
We may later use alphabetical, category-based or expanded profile pages if the directory grows. Any change in ordering methodology will be disclosed here.
7. What the methodology does not measure
- We do not examine patients or determine individual suitability for surgery.
- We do not inspect every procedure performed by a clinic.
- We do not verify every patient photograph, testimonial or graft count independently.
- We do not treat price, social-media popularity or clinic volume as proof of medical quality.
- We do not guarantee that a published result can be reproduced for another patient.
8. Updates, removals and corrections
Core profiles are reviewed periodically and after a material change becomes known—for example a new clinic, change in treatment model, outdated link or correction from a provider. The “last reviewed” date indicates editorial review, not necessarily medical review.
A physician, clinic or reader may request correction of a verifiable factual error. Requests should identify the disputed statement and include a reliable source. We may correct, clarify, add context or remove material where appropriate. Editorial opinions, inclusion decisions and commercial disclosures remain the responsibility of the publisher.
