There is no single nationwide price for a hair transplant in Turkey. A quotation may be based on grafts, a fixed procedure fee, or a package with travel-related services. The useful question is what is included in the medical plan—and who will perform each stage—not just the amount shown in an advert.
What determines the quotation?
The treatment area, assessed donor capacity, likely graft requirement, proposed technique and clinic's care model all affect pricing. A larger graft number is not automatically a more appropriate plan: an ethical quotation should reflect what can be safely harvested and what might be needed as hair loss progresses.
Compare the responsible physician, donor assessment, clinical facility, procedure stages, follow-up arrangements and a written description of the services covered by the fee.
Per-graft pricing versus a package
With per-graft pricing, the total normally depends on an agreed number of follicular units. A package may include a specified graft range and selected transport or accommodation services. Neither model alone tells you who designs the hairline or harvests grafts.

One attributable example: ASMED's published rate
At the time this page was prepared, ASMED publicly displayed a €3.50-per-graft rate, with a separate explanation of its examination, operative and postoperative services. This is ASMED's own published figure—not a market average or a personalised quote. Pricing and inclusions can change; request a current written assessment directly from the clinic.
For illustration only, multiplying that displayed rate by 2,000 follicular units produces €7,000 before any difference between the published description and the final personalised quotation. No graft count is appropriate merely because it fits a budget.
Budget for medical follow-up, not only the trip
Ask whether extra visits, unexpected medication, changes to travel plans and local follow-up at home would be at your own expense. The NHS overview also describes recovery time and surgical complications worth considering in the overall decision.
Common questions
Is a fixed-price, unlimited-grafts offer necessarily better value?
No. The number and distribution of grafts should follow a clinical donor assessment. Ask for the responsible physician's written plan, not a promised maximum.
Can two per-graft quotes be directly compared?
Only after confirming what both include: named physician responsibilities, tests, clinical services, medications, follow-up and the same definition of a graft.
Does the advertised price guarantee the final cost?
No. Confirm the quotation's currency, validity period, payment terms and potential additional services in writing.
